Paving Crew Laborer

About the role

We are searching for a hard worker to join our asphalt paving crew. If you love getting hands-on, working outdoors, are not afraid of long days, and enjoy seeing the results of your labor, then this is the full-time gig you've been waiting for.

Responsibilities

• Operating a variety of hand, power, and heavy-duty pneumatic tools on exciting paving, maintenance, and repair projects
• Working in the great outdoors and constructing quality paving projects
• Being a key part of our crew, interacting with clients, contractors, and the public
• Lifting and moving objects up to 100 lbs and conquering uneven terrain
• Using your smartphone for important job documentation

Requirements

• A proven track record of staying safe on the job site
• Commitment to see the job through and a desire for excellent results
• Clear communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to learn
• 18+
• No asphalt experience required – we will train you

Pay

$18.00-$26.00 per hour
