Paving Crew
Genesis Earthworks is seeking experienced Paver Operators, Skid Steer Operators, Roller Operators, and Laborers for their paving crew.
Responsibilities
- Run pavers to achieve correct grade and maintain a clean mat
- Operate skid steers on tight, active jobsites
- Operate rollers to ensure proper compaction and finish
- Perform general labor tasks as needed
Requirements
- Experience operating pavers, skid steers, and rollers
- Strong understanding of grading, slope, and drainage
- Ability to read construction plans and execute according to specifications
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability
Qualifications
- HMAC paving and heavy civil background preferred
- Positive attitude and pride of ownership
- Ready to work and work clean
Skills
- Proficient in operating various paving equipment
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
