Pavilion Bartender

Responsibilities

• Ensure the best quality beverage products are served.
• Know the beer and wine menu and be able to explain the products to customers.
• Achieve “AWARE” certification.
• Verify customers are at least 21 years old and card those who appear younger than 35.
• Take customer orders quickly, accurately, and in a friendly manner.
• Answer customer questions and advise on the best choices.
• Prepare and present orders correctly and attractively.
• Use the cash register and related processes effectively.
• Stock stations with necessary supplies and products.
• Provide superior customer services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor compliance with health department requirements and safety rules.
• Control costs and minimize waste.
• Work within assigned workstations and assist with broader issues as needed.
• Support inventory management and maintain a clean, organized work station for the next shift.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Proven experience as a cashier, bartender, or server in a high-volume restaurant or similar food service setting.
• Ability to quickly and accurately take and serve orders, process payments, and make correct change under pressure.
• Availability to work long and intense shifts.
