Paver Installer

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or above
• Motivated, self-driven, and able to work outside in varying weather conditions
• Professional attitude and willingness to take pride in work
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
• Able to read blueprints and diagrams

Responsibilities

• Provided with a detailed description of work to be performed, including blueprints and estimated installation days
• Prepare a surface for paver installation by framing areas, removing dirt, and adding paver base materials
• Properly level the surface before paver installation

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift 50 pound bags and work in extreme temperatures
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Availability to work 10-20 hours per week
• Willingness to undergo background checks and routine drug tests

• Tools provided: Plate compactor, Bon Tampers, Flat Shovels, Wheel Barrels, Pickup Truck, Rake, Pick, Miscellaneous
