Installer
About the role
with paragraph. - Responsibilities: There's "Responsibilities/The Impact". SoResponsibilities
with list. - Requirements/Qualifications: There's "Qualifications/How You Will Be Successful". Could be Qualifications heading. Also there is "Physical Demands" which could be part of Requirements or Qualifications. We can combine under Qualifications heading, maybe separate sections? The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have Qualifications covering both qualifications and physical demands. Or we could have Requirements and Qualifications separate if content distinct. But we have qualifications list and physical demands list. Could put both under Qualifications heading as subpoints? But we need to use- for any list. Could have two lists under same heading? Probably okay.
- Benefits: There's "How you will be Awarded" describing benefits: full benefits package, PowerU tuition reimbursement, competitive hourly base pay, performance bonus, internal advancement. Also Pay info: Starting Salary/wage $21.82 to $29.09. So we need Benefits and Pay sections.
- Schedule: Not mentioned. So we should not include Schedule heading.
- Skills: Not explicitly listed; maybe we could omit.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, etc. Also remove recruiter contact? The instruction: remove application instructions. Recruiter contact maybe considered application instructions? It's contact info; likely remove. Also remove "Please note that the compensation information is made in good faith..." etc. That's part of Pay? Might be considered boilerplate; but we need to preserve substantive info: Starting Salary/wage range. The note about compensation being good faith and location etc maybe not essential; could drop. Also "Compensation decisions will not be based on a candidate's salary history." Could be considered substantive? It's policy; maybe keep? It's not boilerplate? Might be okay to keep as part of Pay section. But we can keep short note.
We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from responsibilities, qualifications, physical demands, benefits, pay.
Let's extract:
Overview (About the role):
"The Installer position is a critical member of a solar installation construction team and is responsible for working in partnership with the Foreperson and Lead Installer to complete residential solar installation projects. As Sunrun continues to help build a more sustainable future, this position is best suited for someone passionate about solar installation, field safety and working with others."
Also earlier paragraphs about mission etc. But those are about company; maybe not needed for role. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; but we can include company mission? It's not specific to role but still substantive. However we should avoid duplication and boilerplate. The mission statements at top are generic; but they are part of posting. Should we include? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we should keep everything that is not boilerplate/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The mission statements at start are substantive about company; but they are not role-specific. However they are not boilerplate; they'd be okay to include maybe under About the role? But we already have overview. Could include a short paragraph about Sunrun mission under About the role as well. But we must not repeat job title as heading. It's okay.
But we need to decide what to include. The mission statements: "At Sunrun, we’re on a mission to change the way the world interacts with energy, and we’re building a company and brand that puts power at the center of life. To do it, we’re designing a dynamic culture where employee development, well-being, and safety come first. It’s why we’ve become the #1 home solar and battery company in America. We’re unlike any other residential energy company. Our vertically integrated model gives us total control over every part of the energy lifecycle – from sale through installation and beyond – so you can find endless opportunities for growth. Come join a career you can grow in and a culture you can run with. Who We Are We’re on a mission to make energy more reliable and affordable for more people. We provide an opportunity with storage and solar to help people access greater energy independence without the big upfront costs. This versatility helps limit reduced hours and enhances job security in an industry affected by seasons. It also means you can solve customer problems in one visit, keeping you safely off the road and moving your career forward."
That's a lot of company info. It's substantive but maybe not required for role. However instruction says preserve ALL substantive information. So we should include it. But we need to avoid duplication and boilerplate. This is not boilerplate. So we should include it, perhaps under About the role heading as a paragraph.
But we must not include duplicated lines. There's some repetition: "At Sunrun, we’re on a mission..." and later "Who We Are We’re on a mission..." similar. Might be considered duplicated. We should deduplicate.
We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:
About the role

Physical Demands
But we said prefer few sections; maybe we can incorporate physical demands under Qualifications as a sublist? But we need to use- for any list. Could have two lists under same heading? Might be okay but could be confusing. Better to have separate headings if content distinct. However instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Having Qualifications and Physical Demands as separate sections might be considered thin? But they are substantive. Could combine into one Qualifications section with two lists: one for qualifications, one for physical demands. But we need to differentiate? Could just combine all items into a single list; but that would mix qual and physical demands, losing distinction but still preserving all info. The instruction: do not invent or summarize away detail. Combining into one list does not lose detail; just merges categories. That's acceptable. So we can have one
