About the role

The position is located at various sites across Alaska. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include working alongside the team to prep, layout, and operate equipment for runway and runway maintenance tasks, including grooving, cutting, and applying pavement markings. Education Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, with 18 years of age or older. Preferred qualifications include experience in the construction industry and knowledge of traffic markings systems.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the team to prep, layout, and operate equipment for runway and runway maintenance tasks, including grooving, cutting, and applying pavement markings.
• Get along with other people - Team player.
• Well versed in MMA and other traffic markings systems.
• May require lifting and carrying up to 50# repeatedly.

Requirements

• Must be physically able to stand, walk, and work on hard concrete and tire floors for full shifts.
• Must be able to lift and carry 50# repeatedly, safely, and without unusual strain.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in the construction industry and knowledge of skills specific to road and runway job execution.
• Ability to get along with other people - Team player.
• Preferred: Well versed in MMA and other traffic markings systems.
