About the role
The role is responsible for managing the company's social media platforms and engaging with customers through various channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Create and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights to improve campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or similar role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
- Experience with SEO and content optimization
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software
