Pattern Maker - Bras

We are seeking an experienced Pattern Maker with strong bra patternmaking expertise for a direct hire opportunity with a growing clothing and textile manufacturing organization in Chatsworth, CA. This full-time, in-office role supports the product development team and plays a key part in creating accurate, production-ready patterns for intimate apparel and women’s garments.

Responsibilities

• Create women’s apparel production patterns using Lectra software, including bras, underwear, dresses, tops, pants, intimate apparel, kids’ garments, and women’s garments.
• Interpret designer sketches through draping and computer patternmaking methods to develop accurate first patterns and production-ready patterns.
• Develop sewing specifications, garment measurement specifications, grade rules, pattern CADs, and construction callouts for factory use.
• Create and update technical packages in Excel, including specs, grading details, pattern information, and production instructions.
• Inspect graded nests and review size ranges to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with standard sizing requirements.
• Evaluate fit, measure garments, and make pattern corrections from first pattern through production.

Requirements

• Strong bra patternmaking experience is required.

Pay

$85,000 to $100,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, in-office at the corporate headquarters in Chatsworth, CA. Remote work is not available.
