Overnight on-site patrol position (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols throughout the property
- Monitor the property for suspicious activity, trespassing, vandalism, and safety concerns
- Enforce parking rules and regulations
- Document parking violations and other issues as required
- Notify management of violations, incidents, and unusual activity
- Complete detailed daily activity and incident reports
- Maintain a visible security presence throughout the shift
- Respond appropriately to incidents while following company procedures and post orders
Requirements
- Valid California BSIS Guard Card
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to remain alert and actively patrol throughout an overnight shift
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Prior security or patrol experience preferred
