Patient TV Support Representative - Part Time|Penn Presbyterian

About the Role

Uniguest is seeking a customer service-focused candidate to join our pCare Services team as a part-time Onsite Support Representative. In this position, you will support the maintenance of our technical solutions deployed in hospitals by providing front-line service to patients and staff. pCare by Uniguest creates personalized customer experiences in healthcare and hospital environments using technologies such as patient bedside TV, digital signage, mobile apps, and video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to patients and hospital staff to ensure services meet or exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting services.
• Familiarize customers with the use of our interactive system and its features.
• Replace small defective equipment as needed (TV, pillow speakers, phones).
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Handle computer documentation including payment records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work onsite at hospitals daily and travel between locations as needed.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. and climb a 6-foot ladder.
• Must meet hospital requirements for immunizations and screenings, including COVID-19 and Flu vaccination.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Customer service experience (1 year preferred).

Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday; 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm.

Location: Penn Presbyterian Medical Center (51 N 39th St, Philadelphia, PA 19104).
