Responsibilities

• Supervises daily dietary services operations, including planning, preparation, serving, distribution, and sanitation activities on assigned shift.
• Serves as a resource to staff, communicating processes and procedures, and facilitating appropriate training.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
• 2 years of experience in food services/operations within healthcare, education, dining, or related field Required
• 1 year of leadership experience Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• SAFE Serve Certification
• ServSafe certification
