Patient Transporter - PACU (Variable Shifts) FT

What You’ll Do

• Transport patients safely and efficiently throughout the hospital
• Perform selected patient care activities as assigned and make decisions independently and in collaboration with RNs and/or RTs
• Enter pertinent information regarding transfers into Meditech and/or paper-based charting as directed
• Stock or gather materials and supplies for nursing units from central supply and blood bank as assigned
• Maintain direct patient contact, access to confidential patient information, and collaborate with a variety of disciplines

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
