Patient Transporter

Responsibilities

• Transports patients to and from the Department.
• Orders supplies, stocks, dresses patients, and performs front office duties.
• Retrieves patient records for physicians or medical records.
• Greet patients and other visitors in a polite and friendly manner.
• Utilizes telephone, computer, office equipment, PACS (Picture Archive and Communication System), and runs errands throughout the facility.

Qualifications

• BCLS (AHA) upon hire and must maintain current throughout employment.
• Transportation experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
