We need to output only HTML fragment, using

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the job description. Content: - Job Description: "Transports all patient populations to and from examinations and treatments. Performs general errands and other routine duties including cleaning equipment, securing supplies, and other tasks as required. Acts as a team member in the delivery of quality patient care. Adheres to unit procedures wherever transport services rendered." - Essential Functions: list of bullet-like sentences: Practicing safe lifting... etc. Many sentences. - Qualifications Required: list: Successful completion of three months of on-the-job-training. High school diploma or equivalent BLS (AHA, American Heart Association) or BLS (ARC, American Red Cross) within 90 days of hire. Understands and demonstrates safe lifting and transport techniques. Knows and practices Universal Precautions as appropriate. Demonstrated communication skills to interact with courtesy, tact, empathy, and professionalism in daily interaction with patients, their families, clinical licensed and non-licensed staff, physicians, and management. Ability to understand and follow directions, ability to comply with HIPAA confidentiality requirements. The ability to recognize if the patient is experiencing stress or other issues during transport and immediately seek assistance. - Preferred: Experience in patient transportation in an acute hospital environment. - About Corewell Health: paragraph about mission etc. - How Corewell Health cares for you: benefits: Comprehensive benefits package... On-demand pay program powered by Payactiv, Discounts directory..., Optional identity theft protection..., Traditional and Roth retirement options..., Eligibility for benefits is determined by employment type and status. - Primary Location: SITE - Royal Oak Hospital - 3601 W 13 Mile Rd - Royal Oak - Department Name: Patient Transport - Royal Oak Hosp - Employment Type: Part time - Shift: Evening (United States of America) - Weekly Scheduled Hours: 20 Hours of Work 3 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. - Days Worked: Variable - Weekend Frequency: Every other weekend We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe the description about role). Responsibilities (essential functions). Qualifications (required and preferred). Skills (maybe communication skills etc). Benefits (benefits package). Pay (not given). Schedule (shift, hours, days, weekend frequency). We must not create sections with placeholder or vague content. Pay: not given, so omit Pay section. Benefits: we have specific benefits listed, so include Benefits. Schedule: we have shift, weekly scheduled hours, days worked, weekend frequency. So include Schedule. About the role: we have a paragraph describing role. Could be "About the role" heading. Responsibilities: essential functions list. Qualifications: required and preferred. Skills: maybe communication skills etc. But we could combine skills into Qualifications? The instruction says we can have sections for Skills if there is content. We have demonstrated communication skills, ability to understand and follow directions, ability to recognize stress etc. Those could be skills. But we also have qualifications like training, diploma, BLS, safe lifting, universal precautions, HIPAA. Those are qualifications. So we can separate: Qualifications (required/preferred) and Skills (communication, ability to follow directions, recognize stress). However the qualifications list already includes communication skills etc. Might be overlapping. To avoid duplication, we could put all under Qualifications and not create Skills unless distinct. But we have "Demonstrated communication skills to interact with courtesy, tact, empathy, and professionalism..." and "Ability to understand and follow directions, ability to comply with HIPAA confidentiality requirements." and "The ability to recognize if the patient is experiencing stress or other issues during transport and immediately seek assistance." Those are skills/abilities. Could be placed under Skills. However the qualifications also include "Understands and demonstrates safe lifting and transport techniques." and "Knows and practices Universal Precautions as appropriate." Those are also skills. Might be better to have Qualifications (education, certifications, training) and Skills (abilities). Let's decide. We need to preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we must include all points. We'll create sections:

About the role

with paragraph: Transports all patient populations... etc (the first paragraph).

Responsibilities

with
  • each essential function sentence.

    Qualifications

    with
    • for required qualifications: Successful completion of three months of on-the-job-training. High school diploma or equivalent. BLS (AHA, American Heart Association) or BLS (ARC, American Red Cross) within 90 days of hire. Understands and demonstrates safe lifting and transport techniques. Knows and practices Universal Precautions as appropriate. Ability to understand and follow directions. Ability to comply with HIPAA confidentiality requirements. Ability to recognize if the patient is experiencing stress or other issues during transport and immediately seek assistance. Preferred: Experience in patient transportation in an acute hospital environment. We could separate required and preferred but still within same
maybe with a note. Could also have two
          but okay.

          Skills

maybe include Demonstrated communication skills to interact with courtesy, tact, empathy, and professionalism in daily interaction with patients, their families, clinical licensed and non-licensed staff, physicians, and management. (But that's similar to qualifications). Might be redundant. Could omit Skills section if we think it's covered. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine communication skills into Qualifications. Then we don't need Skills. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Schedule. Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package to meet your financial, health, and work/life balance goals. Learn more here. On-demand pay program powered by Payactiv. Discounts directory with deals on the things that matter to you, like restaurants, phone plans, spas, and more! Optional identity theft protection, home and auto insurance. Traditional and Roth retirement options with service contribution and match savings. Eligibility for benefits is determined by employment type and status. We need to preserve all substantive information; we can list as
          • . Schedule: Shift Evening (United States of America). Weekly Scheduled Hours 20 Hours of Work 3 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Days Worked Variable. Weekend Frequency Every other weekend. We could also include Primary Location, Department Name, Employment Type, etc. Those are metadata but not headings; we could fold into a short

under About the role or maybe a separate section like "Job Details". But we only have allowed headings list; we could put them in a paragraph under About the role or maybe under a generic section? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. It says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". It doesn't forbid other headings but we should stick to those. However we need to include location, department, employment type etc. Could put them in a

under About the role or maybe under a separate section like "Job Details" but that's not in list; maybe better to incorporate into About the role paragraph. Thus About the role paragraph could include: Transports all patient populations... Acts as a team member... Adheres to unit procedures... Primary Location: Royal Oak Hospital... Department: Patient Transport - Royal Oak Hosp... Employment Type: Part time... Shift: Evening... Weekly Scheduled Hours: 20 Hours... Days Worked: Variable... Weekend Frequency: Every other weekend. But that mixes role description with logistics. Might be okay. Alternatively we could create a section "About the role" for description, and then a separate section "Schedule" for shift/hours etc. Location and department could be placed in a short

under About the role or maybe under a separate heading like "Job Details" but not allowed. We'll put location/department/employment type in About the role paragraph. Now ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO, drug-free workplace, vaccine requirements, accommodation statement, etc. Remove those. Also remove "How Corewell Health cares for you" heading? That's basically benefits. We'll incorporate benefits. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft:
