Key Responsibilities
- Coverage of patient outreach via phone and email, and occasional SMS management.
- Resolution of connectivity issues, no-shows, and no-monitor patients.
- Setup of new monitors for patients and provision of guidance.
- Maintenance of patient schedules as needed.
- Verification of insurance eligibility via various portals.
- Engagement of patients in our services and promotion of remote monitoring.
- Guidance on troubleshooting remote monitoring issues via phone.
- Work within clients' EHR and other workflow systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Response to inbound inquiries regarding insurance changes, billing issues, device schedule adjustments, and other patient needs.
- Documentation of patient interactions and support activities within Salesforce and Regal.
- Collaboration with clinical and administrative teams for seamless patient support.
- Ongoing participation in training and development to stay current with best practices and new technologies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare support role, ideally within remote patient monitoring or a similar setting.
- Experience in managing patient billing questions is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using EHR systems and other healthcare workflow tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Empathy and dedication to providing exceptional patient care.
- Ability to speak and enunciate clearly, demonstrating patience with patient questions or concerns.
