The Patient Success Representative role is a remote position based in the United States. This role involves directly supporting patients by ensuring they receive necessary healthcare supplies and assistance. Key responsibilities include:

Requirements for the role include:

  • A customer-focused, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, navigate different systems, and maintain accuracy in data entry.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of troubleshooting issues independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus and may qualify for additional compensation.
  • Ability to meet remote work requirements, including maintaining a HIPAA-compliant workspace and a reliable hardwired Ethernet internet connection.
