About the role
Lalor Family Dental is a growing, multi-office dental practice in the Greater Binghamton Area with over 60 years of experience. We are seeking full-time team members to join our Patient Services Team at our Binghamton office.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering patient inquiries
- Managing dental records
- Providing information about treatment and insurance
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Results-focused and self-motivated
- Hardworking and thrives in a demanding environment
- Positive attitude and patient-centered mindset
- Experience leading others (optional)
- Takes responsibility and serves with integrity
Qualifications
- Possession or pursuit of an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred)
