About the role
The Patient Services Specialist 2 position is located at UW Medicine Roosevelt - Headache Clinic, conveniently near public transportation. This full-time, 100% FTE (40 hours per week) Day Shift position offers the opportunity to make a difference for patients and employees while providing career growth.
Responsibilities
- Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging
- Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments
- Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information
- Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery
- Other duties as requested
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience
- Or an equivalent combination of education/experience

Compensation, Benefits & Position Details
