About the role

The University Counseling Center is seeking a compassionate, organized, and professional Patient Services Representative.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, supportive, and confidential environment for clients.
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking counseling services.
• Ensure the smooth operation of front office functions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to individuals seeking counseling services.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 18 months experience with a minimum of 6 months experience in a clinical environment and 12 months experience in a customer service role.

Pay

• Pay Range: Targeted salary $16.00 - $18.32 per hour, based on experience.
