Patient Services Representative (PSR)

About the role

This position involves working as part of a team with other Patient Service Representatives and Clinic Supervisors to ensure smooth patient flow within the practice.

Responsibilities

• Customer service
• Making appointments
• Checking patients in and out
• Answering phones and directing inquiries
• Assisting the clinical team with charting tasks

Qualifications

• Has a degree or certification in office studies, business administration, or related field.
• Relevant experience in the field may be substituted for degree requirement at the discretion of supervisor.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled with computers and computer applications.
• Gives attention to detail and possesses problem resolution skills.
• Positive attitude and high energy, quick learner, adaptable to change, and resourceful and proactive when identifying and resolving problems.
