About the role

Morrison Healthcare is hiring for a full and part-time PATIENT SERVICES LEAD position at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial located at 701 Grove Road, Greenville, SC 29605. Online applications are accepted only. Schedules include full time and part time options with rotating weekends and holidays required. The pay range is $19.50 to $24.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Oversee systems and processes to ensure the strategic and operational objectives of the Patient Dining Program are met.
• Serve as a supervisor for Patient Dining Associates, ensuring they provide quality service.
• Determine and implement menu alternatives for patients with dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Evaluate daily patient meal selection, tray completion, delivery, and retrieval processes.
• Communicate patient needs promptly to relevant personnel.
• Aid dietitians in managing patients with special dietary needs.
• Adhere to confidentiality policies and regulatory standards.

• Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate and read safety rules, manuals, and operation instructions.
  • Aptitude for operating hospital ADT systems and other computer-based patient care record management systems.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds and maneuver food delivery carts.
