Job Summary

Cranial Technologies is seeking an hourly, full-time Patient Services & Imaging Specialist to join our team in Columbia, MD. We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and superior outcomes for our patients.

About the Role

We are a leading provider of pediatric cranial shaping orthoses and EarWell® treatments for infant ear shapes. Our Patient Services & Imaging Specialists play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient patient care through imaging and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all patients
• Work as a team to complete 3D, 360° images for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®)
• Calibrate, operate, and ensure optimal performance of imaging equipment (DSi® system)
• Schedule new patient and follow-up appointments into Intergy (Practice Management Software)
• Obtain, enter, and process patient information in Intergy
• Perform medical office duties including answering phones, cleaning patient rooms, and rooming patients

Requirements

• Energetic and enthusiastic personality
• Ability to learn new things quickly and apply them in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in childcare, education, or high-end retail customer service
• Physical requirements: ability to squat, bend, lift up to 30 lbs, and move at a fast pace

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Pay and Schedule

The starting pay rate is $19.50 - $20.00 per hour, with the opportunity to increase pay in 3-6 months based on performance and tenure.
