The role focuses on patient services coordination within dementia care navigation, ensuring decisions are grounded in current records rather than memory or guesswork.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the workflow by maintaining accurate administrative care records.
- Review and facilitate routine non-clinical follow-up for the team.
- Maintain workflow integrity by protecting sensitive information throughout the process.
- Track and route clinical or policy questions to authorized staff.
- Document status and next actions for authorized teammates to ensure continuity.
Remote execution is considered complete only when patient services coordination leaves non-clinical care support accurate, secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.
Qualifications
- Confidently use Insurance Verification and Data Accuracy in patient services coordination.
- Apply Non-Clinical Support while tracking exceptions, owners, and deadlines.
- Perform Document Quality Control clearly enough for teammates to follow reasoning.
- Use sound judgment in Medicare GUIDE Administration, escalating when necessary instead of making assumptions.
Quality Standard
Strong performance is demonstrated through fewer avoidable corrections, timely follow-through, and records that make the next action obvious. Success is measured by the effectiveness of patient services coordination within dementia care navigation support.
Pay
Base salary: $45,000–$68,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
