Patient Services Coordinator and Home Health Scheduler

About the role

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personal care services to patients in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Help patients maintain hygiene and cleanliness
• Monitor patients' health conditions and report changes to supervisors
• Perform light cleaning tasks in patient's home

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Pass a drug test

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to perform tasks in various environments

Skills

• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
