Patient Services Ambassador, Part-time (Aultman Hospital)

AVI Foodsystems at Aultman Hospital is seeking a Part-Time Patient Services Ambassador to manage the delivery of patient dining.

Pay

$15.00/hr weekdays and $16.00/hr weekends, with continual opportunities to earn more.

Responsibilities

• Use an iPad to enter meal orders and communicate menu choices to patients.
• Serve patient meals accurately and in a timely manner.
• Promote the highest levels of quality and service.
• Work holidays and rotating weekends as required.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Active listening and speaking – giving full attention to what others are saying.
• Service orientation – actively looking for ways to help and assist people.
• Reading comprehension, time management, good judgement, and decision-making.
• Must be able to walk and/or stand for long periods of time.
• Professional appearance required.
• Healthcare experience not required; no moving or repositioning of patients.
