Patient Service Specialist Wound Care Clinic

General Objectives

Provides patients and physicians with professional and friendly reception duties.
Organizes patient flow; keeping physicians and patients on schedule.
Maintains patient files and accounts in a professionally accurate manner.
Screens office manager, physician and nurse calls, handling appropriately.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Clerical: typing, filing, scheduling, computer, phone and people skills
  Bilingual preferred
  Excellent customer service skills; strong computer skills
• Experience: Two years in a reception or clerical field preferred

Pay

SALARY RANGE ‎$19.00 to $27.75/hour
Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
