Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Skills:
  • Clerical: typing, filing, scheduling, computer, phone and people skills
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills
• Experience: Two years in a reception or clerical field preferred

• Organizes patient flow; keeping physicians and patients on schedule.
• Maintains patient files and accounts in a professionally accurate manner.
• Screens office manager, physician and nurse calls, handling appropriately.
