Patient Service Representative/RMG

Position Summary Practice patient service rep. proactively ensures an exceptional experience for patients when greeting, checking in, and checking out during their appointment; answers incoming phone calls, responds to general patient requests, takes telephone messages and schedules patient appointments. Position Requirements Education and Previous ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.Hardware/Software ExperiencePractice management/medical billing computer programs.
