Patient Service Representative (PSR)

About the role

Patient Service Representatives are the face of our office—the first and last interaction our patients have each visit. Working within a dental office located in a multi‑specialty medical center, you’ll help create a seamless, positive patient experience in a collaborative healthcare setting.

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars efficiently
• Verify insurance and collect patient payments
• Answer phones and assist patients with questions
• Coordinate patient flow to support an on‑time schedule
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
• Deliver an exceptional, patient‑focused experience from start to finish

Requirements

• Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working with insurance verification and patient payments
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude
