- Collecting payments
- Updating patient records
- Collaborating with care teams to ensure smooth patient flow
- Triage calls
- Supporting EHR workflows
Qualifications
- Experience in a patient service or customer-facing healthcare role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational ability
- Reliability and adaptability
- Proficient use of computer applications, including EHR systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA
- Willingness to travel between multiple sites as requested
- Ability to train at various locations as needed
