About the role
The Patient Service Representative (PSR) – Practice Float Pool at Maine Medical Center plays a key part in creating a welcoming, supportive, and efficient experience for patients across the Southern Region ambulatory practices.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet patients and visitors, providing friendly and professional customer service
- Answer and route incoming telephone calls
- Schedule, cancel, and adjust appointments with accuracy and care
- Support daily clinic operations by performing general office and administrative tasks
- Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative staff to support efficient patient flow

- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Driver’s license may be required
- Experience in a medical office and customer service preferred
