About the role
Patient Service Representatives I provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors in the hospital setting. They assist with administrative tasks, answer phones, and ensure patient needs are met promptly.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate departments
- Assist patients with registration and insurance inquiries
- Provide information about hospital policies and procedures
- Handle patient complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and updating patient records
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally

Pay
$19.80 - $29.70 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
