Unifeye Vision Partners is currently hiring for a Patient Service Representative, Westlake Village, CA Summary We are seeking a friendly, compassionate, and organized Patient Service Representative to join our growing healthcare team. In this role, you will work at the front desk of our medical office and provide assistance to our patients and other visitors. You will be responsible for corresponding with patients, maintaining the organization of our office, and ensuring that our environment is welcoming, calm, and quiet for our patients and their families. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Greet patients, vendors, pharmaceutical representatives, and other visitors to our medical office in a warm and friendly mannerAnswer patient questions and provide assistance and directions when necessaryRespond to emails that arrive using our general office email addressUtilize our medical office software to schedule new and follow-up appointments for our patients.Register new patients and update necessary recordsAnswer phones and communicate via Ring Central.Distribute forms and paperwork to patients and then check them over to ensure that required fields are completed appropriatelyProcess patient payments in officeMaintain confidentiality of all patient recordsEnsure company COVID-19 protocols are followed.This is an in-office position, remote work is not availableOther duties as assigned. Knowlede/Skills/Abilities Bilingual (Spanish) PreferredData Entry SkillsFriendly and compassionate dispositionExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong interpersonal communication skills Education And/Or Experience High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 1 year of experience working in a medical practice front office setting.
