Patient Service Representative

About the role

At Oak Orchard Health, our Patient Service Representatives are often the first friendly faces our patients see. This role plays an important role in helping individuals and families, especially within our local agricultural communities, access the care they need.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and care
• Schedule appointments and answer phones
• Verify patient information and insurance
• Support a smooth, organized front desk experience

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Spanish-speaking skills strongly preferred

Qualifications

Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are strongly preferred to help us better serve our diverse patient population.
