Qualifications
- Preferred receptionist experience in a medical office environment, or graduate of a healthcare training program
- HS Diploma, GED; or 1-3 months related healthcare experience
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment: check in patients for multiple providers, schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect copays, make daily deposits, and work from various computer programs
- Exceptional customer service skills, highly organized, and detail-oriented
