Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical/office support within a physician clinic, including, reception, telephone, medical records, charge entry, referrals, and retrieval of medical information from internal and external systems and sources.
  • Serve as a liaison between the healthcare team and the patient/family, identifying and meeting the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient.
  • Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.

Job Requirements

  • Previous work history demonstrating basic office and computer skills, filing, telephone answering, reception, and basic knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Word, E-mail, Excel, etc.).
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Physical Requirements

  • Sedentary Work
  • Prolonged periods of sitting
  • Erect/lift up to 10 lbs. force occasionally

Schedule

Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm (ending time can be later due to patient care)

Pay Range

$17.00 - $23.31 /hour
