Patient Service Representative

Capital Cardiology Associates, the trusted authority in cardiovascular health in the Capital Region, is seeking a Full-Time Patient Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Albany.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process appointment requests (scheduling and rescheduling) from patients, physician offices, hospitals, and other sources.
• Receive and process hospital consults.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Team player with a punctual, reliable, and positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge; experience with electronic medical record software (e.g., eScribe) is a plus.

Pay
