About the role
The Patient Service Representative (PSR) is the initial point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a positive and efficient patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and workflows
- Ensure smooth and positive interactions with patients and visitors
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and processing payments
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of relevant medical office experience preferred
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Standing and walking throughout each shift
- Grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
