About the role
We are seeking a Patient Service Lead to coordinate meal services and address patients' dietary needs in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Supervising Patient Dining Associates
- Ensuring proper staff staffing
- Assisting with menu modifications for allergies and cultural preferences
- Collaborating with nursing and culinary teams
- Monitoring meal selection, tray delivery and retrieval
- Responding to patient needs
- Supporting diet monitoring
- Maintaining compliance with HIPAA, safety standards, and sanitation regulations
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to operate hospital systems
- Physical capacity to lift up to 100 pounds and maneuver carts
