Pay

Attractive pay with a salary range of $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures patient assessment visits, including all Oasis visits, are scheduled and performed timely
  • Assigns and schedules clinicians efficiently by geography, maximizing clinician efficiency and optimizing capacity
  • Matches clinician skills with required care and utilizes the lowest possible discipline
  • Works collaboratively with field clinicians to ensure all patient visits are scheduled and completed as ordered
  • Manages calls from patients and field staff related to scheduling issues
  • Refers clinical and performance-related issues to the clinical manager
  • Monitors hospitalized patients and ensures follow-up by the team
  • Supports the clinical manager to ensure timely communication with patients, clinicians, referral sources, and other office personnel
  • Runs applicable reports and responds to workflow, taking appropriate actions
  • Assists with internal or external transfer of patients between care centers and/or hospice services
  • May maintain supply closet, ensuring supplies are within expiration dates and packaged appropriately, and serve as liaison for patient supply needs
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Preferred: One year of scheduling experience in a healthcare environment
  • Preferred: One year of administrative experience in a healthcare environment
