Patient Serivce Specialist Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Perform all front office tasks and assist wherever needed in the office.
• Aid in training new personnel in front office positions, and act as a resource person for all office staff and patients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of patient services specialist experience at FCS is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to train staff.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with a variety of personalities.
• Attention to detail.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Florida Drivers License.
