Responsibilities

• Proactively ensuring and maintaining patient safety and security under the direction of Registered Nurse.
• Observes and monitors safety and comfort of non-suicidal, suicidal and patients who require frequent or continual observation and contact, due to psychiatric, medical and/or safety reasons.

Requirements

• CPI certification required; must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Must be able to read, write and/or speak English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
