Responsibilities

• Serve as an expert who is able to support individuals and families by determining eligibility and enrolling them in subsidized health care coverage.

Qualifications

• Required: Administrative work experience and organizational expertise
• Required: Customer service experience and the ability to maintain a professional, positive demeanor
• Required: Problem solving and analytical skills
• Required: Willingness to travel intermittently, as needed
• Valued: Experience following HIPAA regulations
