About the role
The Patient Representative II is responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support services to patients and families.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients and families with registration and insurance-related questions.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families during challenging times.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of relevant customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
