Patient Representative
Job Summary
Seeking a Patient Care Representative who provides expertise and champions patient care. This role involves:
- Checks-in patients in a timely manner.
- Ensures all Web Check-in procedures are followed.
- Answers phone calls to the clinic and provides information or refers questions to others as needed.
- Verifies insurance timely and accurately.
- Sets up occupational client’s preference card and follows occupational procedures.
- Reviews all patient paperwork to ensure completeness and insures collection of necessary insurance / demographic information.
- Completes Daily Balance Checklist after each shift. Includes all forms of payment are accounted for and documented.
Qualifications
- 1 year of clinical experience in a patient care setting is preferred.
- Obtain BLS certification within 30 days of start required.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work with multiple computer programs.

Pay and Schedule
The typical hourly wage range for this role is $16.65 - $24.14 per hour. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role. The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range.
