Patient Relations - WGM Hamburg

About the role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every patient feels valued and cared for. Your warm demeanor and attention to detail will contribute to creating an environment where patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their orthodontic journey.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with a warm smile and positive attitude.
• Scheduling, rescheduling, confirming, and canceling patient appointments as required.
• Assist with administrative tasks and maintain patient records.
• Promote our services and maintain a positive public image for the office.
• Courteously receive incoming telephone calls and take messages as needed.
• Verify insurance details and inform patients of uncovered fees.
• File documents and organize supplies.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED.
• The ability to type and file accurately.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Good telephone etiquette and professionalism.
• Outgoing and collaborative mindset.
• A friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.

Pay

$17 hourly+ (depending on experience).

Schedule

Full-time, 4-day work week (with rotating day off), Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM.
