About the role

Oversee the daily operations of Universal Health Institute, ensuring the team delivers exceptional care and achieves success.

Responsibilities

  • Patient Growth & Retention: Develop strategies to attract and retain patients. Ensure an excellent experience for both staff and patients.
  • Facilitate communication between staff, patients, and administration.
  • Operations: Oversee front desk operations and patient relations.
  • Collaborate with the CFO on budgeting and financial management.
  • Improve operational workflows (communications, scheduling, billing, record-keeping).
  • Team Building: Build an effective admin and clinical team.
  • Collaborate with leadership on performance metrics and improvement strategies.
  • Resolve patient challenges while maintaining a therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience & Education: Minimum 5 years in a leadership role. Minimum 3 years in practice management or a similar role (e.g., sales in healthcare, chiropractic, dental, spa, fitness). Healthcare experience/education is a plus, but transferable skills are welcome.

  • Communication: Ability to listen, teach, and make people feel welcome.
  • Financial Acumen: Knowledge of budgeting, fiscal management, and insurance.
