Patient Relations Analyst

About the role

As Patient Relations Manager, you will advocate for patients by helping them navigate insurance options, bills, and public benefits in a collaborative, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with Medicare enrollment and coverage questions
• Resolve insurance and billing issues
• Build trusting relationships with patients and families
• Conduct welcome visits and orientation for new patients
• Support operational activities including scheduling and billing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency with PC-based tools and workflows
• Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude
• Experience working with older-adult populations preferred
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, or Russian is advantageous
• Community-health or sales background is a plus
