Patient Registration Specialist
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with check in/check out of patients
- Schedule appointments
- Answer multiple incoming phone lines
- Scan documents in EMR
- Very insurance and collect payments
- Perform all tasks associated with discharge of patient including forwarding of paperwork to employers as needed.
Skills
- Excellent customer and computer skills
- Past EMR experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
Abilities
- Ability to read and write, computer proficiency, high school graduate, medical office experience preferred.
