Responsibilities

• Greeting, instructing, registering, checking in and directing patients and visitors.
• Answering patient billing questions.
• Taking payments.
• Balancing cash drawer for different locations in Ames.
• Working miscellaneous reports.

Requirements

• Service-oriented, a team player.
• Provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, computer skills, proficient typing skills.
• Customer service experience and working with the public required.
• Prefer one year work experience, preferably in a medical office setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or HiSET.
• Days: (On Call) Monday - Saturday.
• Hours: Varies.
